Google 以 21 億美元買下 Fitbit，正面對決 Apple Watch


Google 於美國時間 11 月 1 日正式對外宣布，將由母公司 Alphbet 併購與著名的穿戴式裝置公司 Fitbit。據了解這個併購案總值達 21 億美元。一般相信併購案是 Google 為了拓展目前由蘋果占穿戴式裝置的市場所採取的積極作為。
