微軟免費提供 Office 和 Copilot，助美國政府首年省 30 億美元

微軟與美國聯邦總務署（General Services Administration，GSA）達成新的協議，免費提供 Microsoft 365 Copilot 等服務，加速政府機關採用 AI 和數位技術。

川普（Donald Trump）重返白宮後，要求政府內部削減 IT 採購成本以節省開支。GSA 透過「OneGov」策略，試圖整合政府採購支出、尋求降價，包括 Adobe、Amazon、Google、OpenAI、Salesforce 等已提供折扣方案。現在，微軟也與 GSA 達成合作協議。

美國政府旗下機關必須經由 GSA 的採購，才能在 2026 年 9 月前享有微軟提供的優惠價格，能夠使用 Microsoft 365 和 Copilot 套件、Azure 雲端服務、Dynamics 365 應用程式及 Sentinel 網路安全軟體。

微軟將在協議生效的第一年，幫助美國政府省下超過 30 億美元開支。這項優惠價格將會持續 3 年，預計可為美國政府省下超過 60 億美元。

GSA 掌管聯邦採購服務的格倫鮑姆（Josh Gruenbaum）對外媒表示，GSA 所監管政府機關的共同物資與服務採購支出約為 1,100 億美元，其中約有 800 億美元的支出與 IT 相關，而聯邦政府總支出約是 4,500 億美元的規模。為配合川普 3 月簽署的行政命令，GSA 還承接了太空總署與國家衛生研究院的採購工作。
