南加州乾燥焚風造成多處野火，洛杉磯進入緊急狀態逾 3 萬人疏散

美國南加州遭遇十多年最嚴重的強風襲擊，乾燥風勢造成多處野火蔓延。加州州長及洛杉磯市長都對此宣布緊急狀態。

國家氣象局（National Weather Service）7日針對南加州地區發出「紅旗警告」，各地風勢強勁，在洛杉磯郡最快風速可達時速100英里（約160公里）。

在南加州，秋冬季節從內陸吹向海洋的離岸風，俗稱聖安娜焚風（Santa Ana Winds），是野火肆虐的主要因素。除了風勢強勁之外，又特別乾燥，7日在洛杉磯郊區發生野火的艾塔迪那（Altadena）相對溼度僅20%。

國家氣象局（National Weather Service）形容，這場襲擊南加州的風暴恐「危及生命」、「極端」、「具破壞力」。

7日上午在靠近海灘的「太平洋斷崖」（Pacific Palisades）豪宅區發生火警，在強勁風勢的影響下，形成野火災情，整天延燒下來波及一千多公頃土地，3萬多人緊急疏散。

美國總統拜登（Joe Biden）7日晚間發出聲明，表示密切關注災情。加州州長紐松（Gavin Newsom）7日稍早在洛杉磯地區視察災情，宣布進入緊急狀態，以因應救災。洛杉磯市長巴斯（Karen Bass）也宣布洛杉磯市進入緊急狀態。

強風席捲南加州，各地陸續傳出災情，太平洋斷崖的野火之外，在洛杉磯市東邊郊區的艾塔迪那也有一場野火延燒，面積約80公頃。強風吹襲之下，各地多處路樹折斷，阻礙交通。
