矽谷神級 AI 獨角獸 Cursor 遭抓包，認了新模型「借用」中國月之暗面 Kimi

美國知名 AI 程式碼開發公司 Cursor 於 20 日推出號稱具備「尖端編碼智慧」的新模型 Composer 2，然而該模型隨後被社群揭露其核心基座竟是源自中國新創公司月之暗面（Moonshot AI）的開源模型 Kimi 2.5。面對質疑，Cursor 官方已正式承認此事，並對初期未公開說明表示遺憾。

這起事件始於社群平台 X 的一名使用者 Fynn，他指出 Composer 2 的程式碼中仍保留了 Kimi 的模型識別碼（ID），並嘲諷 Cursor 甚至連 ID 都沒有修改。由於 Cursor 是目前矽谷炙手可熱的獨角獸，去年秋季剛完成 23 億美元融資，估值高達 293 億美元，且年化營收據傳已突破 20 億美元，因此這項發現引發業界對其技術原創性的高度關注。

針對質疑，Cursor 開發者教育副總裁 Lee Robinson 隨後在 X 上證實，Composer 2 確實是以開源模型做為起點。但他解釋，在最終模型的總算力投入中，基座模型僅佔約四分之一，其餘四分之三的算力皆用於 Cursor 自身的後續訓練與強化學習（RL）。Robinson 強調，經過大量客製化訓練後，Composer 2 在各項基準測試中的表現與原始的 Kimi 模型有顯著差異。

月之暗面隨後也透過 Kimi 的官方帳號對此做出回應。這家由阿里巴巴與紅杉中國（現更名為 HongShan）支持的中國公司表示，Cursor 是透過與 Fireworks AI 的授權商業合作夥伴關係使用 Kimi 模型。Kimi 官方對此表示自豪，認為這體現了開源模型生態系統的價值，即透過 Cursor 的持續預訓練與高算力強化學習，讓模型發揮更大的效能。

在當前美中 AI 競爭白熱化的背景下，美國頂尖 AI 公司使用中國模型做為基礎顯得格外敏感。Cursor 共同創辦人 Aman Sanger 坦言，在發布部落格文章時未提及 Kimi 基座確實是一項疏失，並承諾在未來的模型發布中會修正此問題。此次事件也再次凸顯了開源模型在當前 AI 產業鏈中扮演的關鍵角色，即使是估值極高的領先企業，也可能選擇在現有的優秀開源基礎上進行二次開發。
