亞馬遜允諾追加投資 130 億美元，擴大布局印度 AI 版圖

電商巨擘亞馬遜（Amazon）繼數月前宣布斥資逾 350 億美元投資印度後，今天表示預定 2030 年底前再投資 130 億美元擴大布局印度人工智慧（AI）版圖。

法新社報導，亞馬遜執行長賈西（Andy Jassy）會晤印度總理莫迪（Narendra Modi）後宣布這項消息。亞馬遜聲明，這筆130億美元投資（約新台幣4,136億元）將用於孟買與海德拉巴（Hyderabad）的AI及雲端基礎設施。

亞馬遜指出，「自2010年起至2030年，亞馬遜對印度累計投資額預估將超過880億美元」。賈西在社群媒體X台發文，他對未來感到「非常興奮」，「我們能打造的事物仍位於初期階段」。

他補充說：「我們計劃於2030年底前支援380萬個就業機會、促成800億美元電商出口，並將AI益處帶給1,500萬家小企業及400萬間公立學校學生。」

莫迪對這項投資表示歡迎，強調這能為印度年輕人帶來更多機會，他在X平台發文，「這顯示全球對投資印度日益感興趣」。
