DeepMind 提供部分 AI 員工一年有薪假，但不能跳槽

為了最大程度留住 AI 人才，科技巨頭花招百出。外媒稱，Google 旗下 AI 部門 DeepMind 會付給部分 AI 領域員工薪水，讓他們一年內什麼都不用做，以避免跳槽到競爭公司。

《Business Insider》報導，DeepMind 採「激進」競業禁止協議（noncompete agreements），要求部分英國 AI 員工一年內不得跳槽至競爭公司。

這些員工當然有薪水領，等於長時間放有薪假，但《Business Insider》指出，這種安排讓研究員感覺排除在 AI 快節奏發展之外。

美國聯邦貿易委員會（FTC）去年已禁止多數競業條款，但這規定不適用 DeepMind 倫敦總部。

3 月微軟 AI 副總裁在 X 發文，有 DeepMind 員工「感到絕望」，聯絡他表示難擺脫競業條款束縛。
