Google 本週釋出了第二個 Android 12L 測試版，專為大螢幕手機設計；有人在 Android 12L 測試版發現一些神祕插圖，疑似 Google 摺疊手機 Pixel Fold。
先前傳聞指出，Google Pixel Fold 外觀設計應與三星電子 Galaxy Z Fold3 長得差不多；兩者開闔設計概念都是「打開、闔起書本」。外傳 Pixel Fold 內螢幕打開後，會與 Galaxy Z Fold3 一樣為 7.6 吋螢幕，手機闔上會有另一個 6.2 吋外螢幕，無論內或外螢幕，都提供最高 120Hz 螢幕更新率。

這次 Android 12L 測試版流出的動圖顯示，內螢幕比例接近方形，而非 Galaxy Z Fold3 的長方形；整體 Pixel Fold 外觀較接近 OPPO 摺疊手機 Find N。
《PhoneArena》認為，如果傳聞為真，對三星與 Google 來說都是好事一件，因不同外型設計意味兩者不會直接打對台，且兩家手機製造商都有機會在摺疊手機市場占一席之地。
Pixel Fold 資訊除了 Android 12L 測試版披露了一點，規格在跑分平台 Geekbench 也有洩露；Pixel Fold 可能有 12GB RAM，且像 Pixel 6 Pro 提供 256GB 與 512GB 兩種儲存空間。
