神祕 AI 模型 gpt2-chatbot 現身，效能眾說紛紜

每當新 AI 模型面世，開發公司通常會大張旗鼓宣布，不過最近新 AI 模型現身網路，雖然效能強勁但背景神祕，連誰開發的都不清楚。

名為「gpt2-chatbot」的 AI 模型最近沒有任何官方介紹，就登上 AI 語言系統比較網站 LMSYS Chatbot Arena，性能相當強勁，許多專家測試後指出，gpt2-chatbot 能力可能超過 OpenAI 最新模型 GPT-4。

雖然名稱類似 OpenAI 的 GPT 系列，不過 OpenAI 完全沒有動靜，故眾人對 gpt2-chatbot 開發者眾說紛紜。史丹佛大學 AI 研究員 Andrew Gao 嘗試用 gpt2-chatbot 解決國際數學奧林匹克比賽題目，一次就成功，顯示推理能力相當優秀。

Andrew Gao 表示，gpt2-chatbot 性能和行為與 OpenAI 舊模型相似，認為可能是 OpenAI 作品，但也有專家 AI 研究員 Joe Fox 認為，雖然此模型能力令人印象深刻，但不代表比 GPT-4 優秀。
