「神祕德晶圓廠」採用 Gradiant 超純水，外界猜台積或英特爾

外媒 The Register 報導，水處理公司 Gradiant 已經贏得一項合約，將提供超純水業務給在德建造的晶圓廠。Gradiant 沒透露客戶名稱，僅稱是「大型半導體廠」，外界猜測可能是英特爾或台積電在德國的歐洲半導體製造公司（ESMC）。
