外媒報導，Serene Questworks 作品〈Castle of Secrets〉原想用 AI 取代配音員，Mika Nerida 說她獲選為某角色配音，但發現工作室用 AI 工具處理錄音，模擬不同角色聲音後，她就和其他配音員遭解僱。Mika Nerida 出聲抗議，但被開發商禁止在 Steam 留言。
生成式 AI 越普及，類似爭議也非首次。Game Developer 報導，Steam 要求開發者提交遊戲時披露 AI 使用狀況，否則可能下架。〈Castle of Secrets〉Steam 頁面註明「部分生成式 AI 配音」，但未能平息配音員怒火。
