張忠謀、劉德音同賀聯發科蔡明介獲 IEEE 個人最高榮譽

國際電機電子工程師學會（IEEE）決議頒發電子產業至高個人榮譽之一 IEEE Robert N. Noyce Medal 予聯發科技董事長蔡明介，因為他的遠見及對全球半導體產業的影響力，賦予了世界各地數十億平民百姓使用先進科技的機會與帶來的好處 (For vision and leadership in the global semiconductor industry, democratizing technology access for billions of people)，2024 年 5 月 3 日在波士頓 IEEE Honors Ceremony 典禮頒獎。
