未談妥新聞內容使用費用，Google 遭法國重罰 5 億歐元


法國競爭管理局（The Autorité de la concurrence）13 日對 Google 罰款 5 億歐元，裁罰原因是 Google 未能遵守與新聞出版商談妥的內容使用協議，這也是法國監管機構對單一公司未能遵守裁決所祭出的最大筆罰鍰。
